Iced Latte
- 150ml Milk
- 2 Doses Espresso
- 6 Ice Cubes
- Optional: 10 ml syrup (vanilla, caramel...)
Method: Make the Espresso, put it into the fridge to make it cold. Add Ice Cubes to the cup (around 5-6), milk, then add the syrup if you want. Then, add the coffe, it will make a beauty drink if you make in this order.
Capuccino (L)
- 14-18g Coffe
- 180ml Milk
- Optional: 10 ml syrup (vanilla, caramel...)
- Optional: 1 coffe spoon of cacao + a pinch of cinamon
Method: Make the Espresso, heat the milk (for this dose, usually 60 seconds on microwaves is fine). If you want any syrup, you can add it to the coffe before milk. Steam the milk, it's hard to get the consistence, but once done, you can try to put 50% flat milk, and 50% creamy milk. Good Luck with the latte art.
V60
- 14g Coffe
- 220ml Water
Method: Heat water up to 100°C, scald the filter, remove the watter, than add the coffe and add 60ml of water, wait 25 seconds, add more 60ml of water, both in circular movements. After more 25 seconds, add the rest of water (100ml) in the center of filter slow. After all water, shake the filter 3 times slow, and wait to finish extraction.
Iced Coffe (V60)
- 14g Coffe
- 220ml Water
Method: Same as V60, but you need to add 30% of ice in the receipient that the coffe will be filtered. Once you add the ice, you can start to filter the coffe as you do for V60 with hot water. You should have enough ice to make it ice and still have the cubes when start to drink.
Affogato
- 14g Coffe
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Optional: Add chocolate shavings on topping
Method: Add the scoops of ice cream in a bowl or cup, pour the coffe over the ice cream.
